Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a commercial strategy for our brands in the Perth area market. This includes identifying growth opportunities, managing relationships with customers, and developing plans to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.
* Manage customer relationships effectively to meet company objectives.
* Develop and manage customer and area plans to increase sales.
* Identify drivers to manage growth in the territory.
* Monitor and develop the distribution network within the territory.
* Provide technical and commercial information to distributors' sales forces.
* Support the Ambassadors Team to collaborate with customers.
* Propose and implement activities to develop turnover through product distribution.
* Increase average turnover per customer in terms of sales and product mix.
* Support new business development.
* Analyze competitors and share information with the sales team.
* Manage sales forecasts related to the portfolio.
* Prepare periodic reporting and on-site meeting reports.
