The Role
As our Health & Safety Performance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in advancing our modern, data driven H&S management system. You’ll bring strong analytical capability, a systems mindset, and a collaborative approach to help improve safety performance, risk visibility and operational effectiveness across the organisation.driven H&S management system. In this role, you will:
* Use your expertise in data, analytics and reporting to strengthen our integrated H&S system and support delivery of the H&S Strategy.
* Develop, implement and maintain simplified H&S frameworks, processes, documentation and assurance capability.
* Support the design and implementation of contemporary H&S technology solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
* Manage reporting functionality and maintain SharePoint and other collaboration tools for the H&S team.
* Build system capability that enables end users to access real time information, understand risks and make informed decisions. time information, understand risks and make informed decisions.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support a strong, proactive safety culture.

What we're looking for
We’re seeking a capable and collaborative Health & Safety Performance Specialist with strong systems thinking, analytical capability and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.
You will bring:
* Qualifications in IT, systems, training, business or similar—or equivalent experience.
* Strong capability in technology, data and analytics, reporting, and integrating information across multiple systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and present information clearly.
* Experience in project management and risk management practices.
* The ability to understand and apply health and safety legislation, policies and standards in a systems and risk context.
* A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel within the State.

The Details
This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston or Devonport and attracts a salary of $96,964.49 - $102,066.44 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
