About the role:
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.
Duties include:
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy‐ins
* Process customer credits
* First point of contact for customers (in‐person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
