Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
* Secretariat and coordination work with external and internal stakeholders, serving as a link between different areas of the business.
* Organising project meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
* Actively tracking projects using project management tools to specifically track project plans, risk, issues and key decisions that are made
* Publishing weekly status reports and reviewing plans with senior stakeholders
* Assisting in the development and implementation of project strategies
* High level project management, administrative support and coordination
* Create and manage risk registers alongside safeguard program processes and documentation
* Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions and systems.
* Facilitate team meetings and manage the team's Kanban board.
What You'll Need to Succeed
The successful application will also have to demonstrate:
* Experience in Confluence, Jira and Sharepoint
* Experience in projects, PMO or business administration
* Adaptable and flexible with new ways of working, different ways of thinking and always looking for new ways to make programs more accessible
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
* Demonstrated experience in project management, project documentation and secretariat support
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
