Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
The successful candidate will provide technical support for live performances and events at the Potato Shed, utilizing their skills in audio, lighting, and staging.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical services (sound/AV, lighting, staging) for various events and performances.
* Assist in the maintenance and repair of technical equipment to ensure safe and successful operations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
About You:
* We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in the theatre or events industry, focusing on audio and lighting.
* You should possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have confidence communicating with diverse groups.
* Prior experience operating staging and audio-visual equipment, as well as working in customer-service environments, is highly desirable.
Requirements:
* A minimum of [insert qualification duration] years of relevant experience in the performing arts industry or equivalent transferable skills from another related field.
* Knowledge of audio, lighting, and/or staging principles.
