In this role, you’ll work across various departments to ensure our customers receive the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.As a Supply Planner at Stryker, you will manage inventory levels within your portfolio, collaborating with teams to maintain optimal stock and minimize risks.Our team focuses on:Driving profitable growth through efficiencyBuilding trusted relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholdersProviding visibility and fostering collaboration to shape strategic directionEmpowering and developing team membersDelivering service excellence in the right wayWhat Will You DoOptimize inventory to reduce excess while meeting service KPIs through strategic purchasing and planningProcure finished goods globally, manage order adjustments, and track ETAsProactively resolve supply issues with relevant departments, providing ETAs and managing product substitutionsLead inbound freight operations, partner with logistics to reduce costs, expedite shipments, and resolve warehousing issuesOversee portfolio planning including ABC classification, safety stock, MOQ, lead times, and product lifecycle managementCollaborate with Demand Planning during the monthly IBP cycle to influence demand forecasts and identify revenue risksDrive operational excellence by maintaining procedures, supporting lean initiatives, and leading key projectsAbout YouWe value diverse talent. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence in supply chain, we invite you to join us.Preferred experience includes:Over 2 years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or production rolesBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fieldStrong understanding of supply chain concepts and their applicationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with Quality Management Systems like ISO9001 and ISO13485Data processing, accounts reconciliation, record keeping, and receipting skillsAttention to detail and accuracy with large data setsCertifications like APICS or Lean (desirable)About StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technology, committed to improving healthcare outcomes.
