We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in the community. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care and support to clients based on their assessed needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Community Nursing Care - Sunshine Coast area.
* To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in accordance with the ECCQ model of care, taking into consideration each client's physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and clinical needs.
* To develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans that meet clients' healthcare needs, promoting quality of life.
* To oversee and delegate personal care provided by Home Care Workers in accordance with their scope of practice.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience in community nursing or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
