RP Infrastructure (RPI) is one of Australia's leading Project Management and Infrastructure Advisory practices, delivering complex and high-profile projects across the public and private sectors.
Following our recent merger with DCWC, a specialist in project and cost consultancy services, we are entering a significant growth phase – expanding our national footprint, strengthening our capabilities, and deepening leadership across key markets, including Queensland.
We partner with some of Australia's most recognised organisations, including Federal, State and Local Government, as well as major private sector clients. Our work spans the full infrastructure spectrum, including Transport, Water, Energy, Health, Education, Aviation, Defence, and Civic Infrastructure.
We don't sit on the sidelines. We are embedded in our clients' businesses – helping shape decisions, unlock value, and deliver better infrastructure outcomes for communities.

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic commercial, cost, and risk advice across all project phases
* Play a key role in business development, identifying opportunities, supporting bids, and contributing to the conversion of new work
* Lead, mentor, and develop teams of Quantity Surveyors, building technical capability and high-performance culture within the Brisbane office
* Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, tender analysis, value engineering, and financial reporting across major infrastructure programs, while partnering with Directors and national leaders to shape market strategy and grow Queensland capability.
About You
You are an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Associate Director looking for a platform with genuine career growth opportunity. You will bring:
* Strong experience delivering building projects in a consulting or client-side environment
* Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, with strong commercial and technical capability
* Confidence in client engagement and stakeholder management
* Experience mentoring and developing team members
* A track record of contributing to business growth (or a strong appetite to step into this space)
* Strong technical capability in cost planning, estimating, and reporting tools (CostX, Bluebeam, etc.)
* Qualifications in Quantity Surveying
* AIQS and / or RICS Qualified
* Minimum of 15 years experience in the Brisbane market
* Permanent Australian Residency or Australian Citizenship.
Experience across aviation, defence, education, health, commercial & civic will be highly regarded.
What's In It For You
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing national business and help shape the future of our Queensland practice.
At RPI, you'll have:
* A true leadership position with influence across delivery, people, and business growth
* Direct access to senior leadership and decision-makers within the business
* The ability to stay hands-on with major infrastructure projects while shaping strategy
* Clear plan to transition into a Director role
* Tailored professional development plan and clear career progression pathways
* A strong focus on culture, inclusion, and collaboration across national teams
