Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (AO4)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
The Medical Education Unit within Medical Education and Workforce Services is seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the delivery and accreditation of the prevocational medical training program at Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS).
In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality administrative support to medical education programs, including those for international medical graduates.
Assist with implementing the revised Australian Medical Council (AMC) two-year prevocational training framework, including new EPAs, global assessments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learning outcomes.
Support preparation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of accreditation requirements with Prevocational Medical Accreditation Queensland (PMAQ).
Coordinate orientation, education sessions and prevocational medical workshops across THHS.
Maintain current knowledge of AMC, PMAQ, Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and Medical Officers Certified Agreement (MOCA 7) requirements to ensure compliance with training standards.
This position plays a key role in ensuring THHS delivers a high-quality, accredited training experience for junior medical officers.
