Some Background to the CompanyJason Windows is WA's premier manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors. The company employs around 350 people in Welshpool and Bunbury and is committed to high standards of quality and innovation, delivering on time and in full.
Position Background
This is a 12 month fixed term role, with a possibility of becoming permanent full time. Our Service Department supports service technicians and external customers, mainly building supervisors and owner/builders. The role requires extensive product learning, quick learning, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Taking calls from customers and building supervisors and logging service requests within the Pronto ERP System
* Reporting onsite issues and developing rectification recommendations
* Providing assistance and advice to customers on product maintenance
* Scheduling service attendances for service technicians
* Ordering parts for service jobs
* Liaising with team members and departments within Bunbury and Perth offices
* Providing support to glazing, screen and frame installation scheduling
* Assisting with onsite support and sales to walk-in customers via the spare parts desk
Required Experience and Aptitude
* Strong customer service skills in person, over the phone and via email
* Experience in an admin, reception or scheduling role is desirable
* Resilience and efficiency in problem solving
* Self-motivated, well presented and well organised
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Experience with in-house systems (e.g., Pronto ERP) is highly regarded
* Willingness to assist other areas of the team when required
* Ability to handle service enquiries maturely, think on your feet and problem solve
