**About the role**
VMCH Disability Services Shepparton provides direct care 1-1 support and group programs for adults living with a disability in a friendly engaging environment.
**About you**
You will be an experienced Disability Support Worker who enjoys working with participants 1-1 or in adult group programs. You could be providing personal care or assisting with activities or proving transport to an appointment. There are morning and afternoon shifts available for these casual positions, you must have a full Victorian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
**Role requirements**
- Certificate III Individual Support or similar
- Previous experience in Disability or Community sector
- Passion for working with adults with a disability
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Current full Victorian Driver licence
- NDIS Check, WWC and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Ability to work a roster weekdays and weekend, morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
