About the Role Join a well-established developer-builder delivering thoughtfully designed residential community projects across Sydney's north. This opportunity is suited to either an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership of active builds, or a driven Site Supervisor looking to step into a clear leadership pathway. You'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day construction activity, managing trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations. Fluent Mandarin and English communication is a mandatory requirement due to regular interaction with international suppliers and stakeholders. Current live projects are located in Dural and Galston, including early-stage construction with Class 2 buildings and final-stage delivery of purpose-designed seniors living villas. With a secure pipeline of upcoming developments, this is a genuine long-term career opportunity with progression into senior leadership and Project Management. Tasks & Responsibilities * Oversee daily construction activities across active project sites * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain workflow and programme * Monitor WHS compliance, site documentation and safety standards * Track construction progress, quality outcomes and reporting requirements * Support structural, building and finishing works in line with plans and specifications * Lead site personnel and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Opportunities available at both Site Supervisor and Site Manager level depending on experience.
