The Opportunity
Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing building projects? Join our team as a Project Manager in Townsville and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality construction outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
o Manage all phases of building projects, from planning and design to construction and completion, ensuring they meet customer needs and quality standards.
o Coordinate with team members, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
o Handle contracts using various systems to ensure smooth project progress.
o Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
o Communicate and work with project teams to stay on schedule and meet milestones.
o Track project budgets and timelines, create reports, and review team performance.
o Support the Senior Project Manager with fee setting, billing approvals, and customer satisfaction.
o Follow and enforce quality standards throughout the project.

o Proven experience in project management within the construction or building sector.
o Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
