What You'll Do
* Build trusted on‐farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high‐quality after‐sales support
* Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio
* Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practice
* Support branch performance through forecasting and budgeting inputs
What You'll Bring
* Sales experience in agronomy, with at least 2 years of on‐farm production advice
* A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience
* Customer‐first approach with strong communication and relationship‐building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams
* Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes
* Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
* Current driver's licence
