Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced ICT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing technical support and assistance to staff and students.
* Responding to Level 1 queries across MacOS, iOS, Windows and setting up basic A/V equipment.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant ICT qualification or 6-12 months equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Google apps and MS Suite.
* Experience with JAMF or similar device management tools.
* Demonstrated skills in customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and motivated by getting good outcomes.
