As a sales professional, you will be responsible for creating professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
Achieving set sales targets and KPIs is essential in this role.
You will also be required to complete in-house training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures.
Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping are also part of this role.
