As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Commercial Furniture and Acoustics Sales Consultant to lead growth, build strong client relationships and play a key role in shaping our sales direction.

About the Role — Strategic, Relationship‑Focused, High Impact
As our Senior Commercial Furniture and Acoustics Sales Consultant, you will:
Promote and sell Creative Systems' full product range, including commercial furniture, workstation systems and acoustic solutions for modern workplaces.
Lead major account development across government, commercial, architectural and design sectors
Proactively generate high‑value sales opportunities and convert them into ongoing partnerships
Manage complex sales cycles including tenders, commercial proposals and solution‑based selling
Collaborate closely with our design, operations and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Represent the business at a senior level in meetings, presentations and industry events
Provide insight into pricing, product development, market trends and growth opportunities
Mentor junior sales staff as the function grows
This role suits someone confident, commercially sharp and highly relationship‑driven.
What You'll Bring
5–7+ years' proven success in B2B sales, account management or business development
Experience winning and managing major accounts or large commercial projects
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
A consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
High commercial acumen and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills
Valid driver's licence
Experience in commercial furniture, fit‑out, construction, architectural products or design‑related sectors (highly regarded but not essential)
No interior design qualifications required — strong commercial sales capability is what matters most.
