Senior Leadership Position
This strategic leadership role oversees all service delivery teams and ensures contractual performance, licensing compliance, continuous improvement, human resources management, and business growth through partnerships and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor a Service Delivery Plan aligned with the client's Strategic Objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, sector reforms, and emerging opportunities.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and foster a culture of ongoing improvement, innovation, and exceptional service.
* Ensure contract fulfillment by aligning service delivery, human resources, and expenditures with contractual obligations.
* Provide regular reports and briefs to senior stakeholders, including progress against the Service Delivery Plan and key performance indicators.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences, social work, or psychology (or related field) and at least 5 years of managerial experience in community services and housing sectors.

* Strategic leadership capabilities, including change management fundamentals.
* Management-level experience in government relations, funding, and growth across diverse portfolios.
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local government policies, programs, legal frameworks, and compliance regulations.
* Contemporary understanding of service delivery approaches and principles for positive outcomes.
* High drive, initiative, motivation, and outcome orientation, with ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
* Effective communication skills, relationship building, and knowledge sharing within a team environment.
* Strong financial acumen, with a focus on producing excellent results.
