Main Responsibilities
* Assist media buyers and the digital manager in setting up and tracking advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals specific to clients.
* Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely development and delivery of advertising materials that resonate with complex audiences.
* Manage and distribute creative assets to internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
* Maintain detailed ad creative specification sheets to facilitate smooth execution and delivery across various media channels.
* Generate and present monthly digital performance reports using platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, providing insights tailored to specialized sectors.
* Support financial tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and budget management.
Requirements
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A foundational understanding of various media channels, including digital, print, radio, and outdoor advertising, with an emphasis on B2B marketing strategies.
