These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.SummaryAs a National Account Manager at Kraft Heinz, you will be responsible for managing specified categories on the Coles Account, driving sales growth, and achieving targets for Net Sales Value, Trade Investment, and Gross Return. Your focus will be on building a strong relationship between Coles and Kraft Heinz, developing and executing joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category, and customer. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within Coles, including Category Managers, Heads of Trade, Category Planning, and Demand teams, to drive business success.Key responsibilitiesAchieve sales and profit targets while managing D&A in line with targets.Build customer plans that are integrated with brand plans and deliver benefits for the consumer, category, customer, and Kraft Heinz.Deliver insight-led category workshops and reviews with Coles.Optimize D&A investment for the greatest Gross Return ROI.Negotiate promotional programs including deals, frequency, display, catalogue support, and retail media activation.Execute tailored NPD launch plans.Build and own the 12-month forecast based on scan trends and manage discrepancies with the Coles demand forecast.Perform tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and HR policies, programs, and goals.Uphold Kraft Heinz values and contribute to the company's vision.About youDemonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience.Availability to travel interstate regularly.Strong negotiation and financial skills.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer.Experience working with Coles is preferred.About usHybrid working - flexibility around when and where you work.Pay for performance - industry-leading variable compensation tied to performance, on top of a competitive base salary.Parental leave - paid time off for primary and secondary caregivers.Leave options - purchased leave, volunteer leave, and LiveWell programs.Novated leasing.Great Place to Work certification in Australia and New Zealand.In-house training programs.
