Training operations manager

Job Overview

This role leads the effective delivery of nationally recognised training at a Registered Training Organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audit readiness, data quality, funding compliance, and internal capability building to drive organisational excellence.

* Maintain full compliance with relevant standards, ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures are in place.
* Lead internal audits and reviews, including random checks of delivery, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Oversee daily RTO operations, including staff supervision, course coordination, assessment validation, and timetabling to achieve optimal results.
* Align RTO strategy with organisational goals and contribute to governance reporting to inform business decisions.
* Demonstrated experience in managing RTO operations, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of TAC/ASQA compliance standards and ability to apply them effectively.
* Postgraduate qualifications in education or compliance, or equivalent experience.
* Excellent planning, communication, and staff leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
