The Opportunity
My client is seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join their growing team, with flexibility across North or South of the River caseloads. The role offers a mix of community and clinic-based work, tailored to your experience, interests, and preferred working hours.
This opportunity is open to new graduates and experienced clinicians, with strong supervision and mentoring provided by a Director with 15+ years' experience as an Exercise Physiologist.
Caseload & Locations South of the River
* Approximately 50% NDIS, with the remainder a mix of Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, and private clients
* Combination of community and clinic-based work
* Suitable for Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
North of the River
* Joondalup: Predominantly private caseload with a strong focus on spinal rehabilitation
* Warwick: More mixed caseload
* Preferably full-time Exercise Physiologist (part-time considered)
* Mix of community and clinic-based work
Physiotherapist-Specific Details
* 2–3 days per week part-time (flexible)
* Mix of clinic and community caseload
* Salaried arrangements open to discussion
Exercise Physiologist-Specific Details
* Preferably full-time, part-time considered
* Existing EPs earn $70,000–$80,000 + super + PD allowance + bonus
* Strong internal mentoring and professional development support

* Salary range: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience and discipline
* 17% annual leave loading on top of base salary

Onboarding & Support
* Structured onboarding with up to 4 weeks with no caseload
* Shadowing, systems training, and supported ramp-up
* Ongoing supervision and mentoring, particularly for new graduates
About You
* AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist
* Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Comfortable working across clinic and community settings
