Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics support for the C-130J Through Life Support (TLS) Program.

About the Role
This is a leadership position that involves mentoring and developing a team of logistics professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining supply chain capability, inventory management, asset management, and logistics support services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and improve Program Supply Support capability, including inventory, asset management, and logistics services.
2. Provide logistics policy and procedural advice to stakeholders, including Prime, Airbus, and Commonwealth agencies.
3. Manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS)/Obsolescence plans and reporting.
4. Oversee supply chain performance, reporting, and Program reviews.

Requirements
* SIGNIFICANT experience in Defence or similar logistics environments.
* Strong personnel management experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and customer liaison skills.
* Experience using Inventory Management Systems.
