The Role
We are looking for an Export Account Manager to focus on developing and growing our existing export markets, with the goal of transforming them into key strategic markets. This role combines account management, commercial planning, and strategic market development, working closely with the International Sales Manager.
You will manage relationships with distributors and key accounts, identify growth opportunities, optimise product and pricing strategies, and ensure markets are positioned for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow existing export markets under Easy Chef's scope.
* Manage relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts.
* Drive market penetration, range expansion, and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with suppliers to optimise product availability, packaging, and pricing.
* Report to the International Sales Manager on market performance, risks, and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Proven FMCG sales, account management, or business development experience.
* Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation, and margin management.
* Experience managing distributor or key account relationships in domestic or international markets.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results.
* Food & beverage experience and export exposure are desirable but not essential.
