Job Description
* Support delivery of HR ERP initiatives focused on rostering and payroll
* Gather and document business and functional requirements
* Work closely with HR and operational stakeholders
* Analyse current workforce scheduling processes
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
* Translate business needs into functional solutions
* Provide weekly reporting and delivery updates
* Proactively identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities
The Successful Applicant
* Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
* Strong HR systems or workforce management exposure
* ERP project delivery experience
* Understanding of rostering and scheduling concepts
* Knowledge of payroll processes preferred
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working with HR teams
* Proactive and outcomes-focused approach
