Logistics Operations Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our export department.
* Efficiently process purchase and sales orders to meet customer demands.
* Accurately manage import and export documentation, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to advise on inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and timely delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective responses.
* Cultivate successful relationships between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare sales reports in a timely manner to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proven experience in a similar office environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and bilingual capabilities in Mandarin/Cantonese are beneficial but not mandatory.
