This permanent full-time opportunity will see you providing comprehensive medication management, optimising patient treatments and leading clinical trial processes within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.Compounding, dispensing and managing clinical trial drugs and supplies.Liaising with various stakeholders, including project management, CRO partners, and internal staff for training implementation.Implement clinical trial processes and procedures and efficiently prepare documentation to be used on Clinical trials.What we can offerFlexible working arrangements, permanent full-time position available
