Staffco is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team in Springwood. This is a casual position with ongoing opportunities for the right candidate, working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and on time. You will play a key role in team leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily targets
* Ensure all operations are carried out safely and in line with policies and procedures
* Monitor production performance, quality, and output to meet deadlines
* Manage and support team members, including coaching and performance management
* Coordinate staffing levels, including casual labour requirements
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Maintain high standards of workplace safety, quality, and compliance
* Liaise with internal teams including warehouse, maintenance, and operations
About You
* Proven experience in a Supervisor role within manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Flexible and reliable with availability for shift work
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of production processes
* Ability to pass a medical and functional assessment
* Full working rights in Australia
