About the role: As the Regional Customer Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 19 and manage the secure, cost-effective delivery of service, maintenance, and installation for Origin-owned assets. You’ll be responsible for supporting both commercial and residential customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency. Reporting to the National Customer Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service and installation operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive preventative maintenance and asset management programs.
- Deliver technical training and induction for staff and contractors.
- Champion safety and hazard management across all activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
What will you bring?
- Trade or technical qualifications in mechanical or engineering disciplines.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong technical gas service and installation expertise.
- Experience in hazardous environments and regulatory compliance.
- A current driver’s license is essential. MR or HR (or ability to obtain one) desirable.
