About our Client

Our client is a global FMCG manufacturer with an instantly recognisable brand and products enjoyed by consumers around the world. A well-established presence in the ANZ market, the business continues to invest in supply chain capability, with a focus on improving planning, performance and responsiveness across an increasingly dynamic retail environment.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain in this individual contributor level position, the Supply Analyst is focused on ensuring product availability across the ANZ market through effective planning, analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining supply plans for new product innovation or renovations that take place, aligning demand, production and customer requirements while balancing cost, service and working capital. The role also has a strong analytical component with responsibility for monitoring inventory position and performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing clear insights to support decision-making. You'll play an active role in the Integrated Business Planning cycle, owning the Supply Review process and contributing to wider planning discussions across the business, in addition to managing supply chain master data. Given the global nature of the business, you'll work closely with both local stakeholders and international supply teams, acting as a key link to ensure alignment and smooth execution. The role will also support capability uplift across the team, sharing knowledge and helping embed best practice planning processes.

The Successful Candidate

* Experience in supply planning, supply analysis or a similar role within FMCG or a related industry
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, particularly within a retail customer-focused environment
* Proven ability to manage inventory, balance service and cost, and respond to changing demand patterns
* Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional planning forums
* Confident working with ERP/MRP systems, with solid Excel and data analysis capability
* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, both locally and internationally
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify improvements and take ownership of outcomes

This role would suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of planning, data and operations, and is looking to step into a position with genuine impact across a complex FMCG supply chain.
