What success looks like in this role:
* Provides the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large and complex enterprise clients.
* Takes complete ownership of onsite service activities, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Performs advanced-level maintenance on products and systems, including installation activities of low to medium complexity.
* Uses advanced tools and technical expertise to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
* Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery.
* Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Proactively supports team members by offering technical assistance and expertise.
* Contributes to improved client service metrics, reporting, and documentation.
* Monitors technical and process issues, proactively informing management and recommending improvements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* A strong background in Enterprise-level work, with proven ability to manage complex client environments.
* Experience installing, repairing, and providing technical maintenance for products and component hardware/software, primarily on customer premises.
* Ability to ensure systems operate as designed and are maintained and/or upgraded per requirements.
* Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with technical colleagues to deliver timely, effective, and seamless service.
* Candidate must have a valid NV1 or NV2 clearance
