We are seeking an Administration Manager to work in our dynamic team on a fixed term contract basis, with a view to extend to a permanent position.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Mining / Civil Construction sector
Due to the continued growth of the business this a key role to provide additional support to the Managing Director and Construction Manager with the view to share the load of business operations.
Keeping our ISO certified construction projects running smoothly from head office you will be supported in the transition to your new role by our long-term established team. Job Role
* Contributing to the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO certified management system and documents
* Ensuring compliance in multiple aspects of the organisation
* Human Resources processes including onboarding, responding to enquiries, recruitment
* Bookkeeping and accounting support, Xero
* Managing and reviewing continual business improvements
* Working with project team and HSEQ officers on site to ensure all documentation is in place and operations in line with procedures
* Managing and implementing change through management meetings
* Maintaining company schedule for people, plant and projects to assist projects team with forecasting
* General admin support
* Oversee and manage project administration team along side management
Competencies, Skills and Experience required
* At least five (5) years' experience in an administration role in civil construction or similar industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Strong perception and implementation of HSEQ
* Ability to be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to manage operational requirements
* Relevant undergrad level tertiary qualification
* Experience working within an ISO certified construction business
