Monday–Friday (Flexibility required to cover 8:00am – 8:00pm)

The Lister Hospital is part of HCA Healthcare UK and is currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.
Our outpatient department provides a modern, patient-focused environment offering a wide range of clinics including Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Neurology, Rheumatology, dermatology, Laser treatments and MOHS surgery, with minor procedures carried out onsite.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Supervise and direct junior staff, deputising for the Senior Staff Nurse when required.
Organisational skills – manage multiple clinics and prioritise tasks effectively.
Teamwork & leadership – collaborate with colleagues and occasionally supervise junior staff.
Flexibility & adaptability – adjust to varied patient and clinic needs.
What You'll Bring
Registered Nurse Level 1 with UK NMC Registration and PREP requirements.
ENB course or experience relevant to outpatient services (desirable).
Phlebotomy training – essential.
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
An interest in Laser treatments and MOHS surgery – desirable.
