Multiple 4-6 month Government contract opportunities available for Service Desk Analysts based in Adelaide.
**Your new company**
This well-known and reputable organisation is currently dealing with high demand in their service desk and looking to add to their team.
**Your new role**
- Providing L1 Support including password reset, account setups, printer issues, VPN set up and more
- Working to a roster answering phones calls from a queue and managing a ticket workload
- Use investigatory skills to determine the nature of a call while building rapport with the client
- Follow and document prescribed procedures
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a Service Desk will see you succeed in this position. Specifically, you will have experience with the following:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Outlook/Exchange
You will possess excellent communication skills, including a confident and helpful phone manner. You will also possess sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others.
