We are currently seeking motivated Front of House candidates to join our team to display their exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm and professional customer service throughout the guest dining experience.
Greet, seat and serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
\Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming front of house environment.
Handle payments, bookings, phone orders and table rotation effectively.
Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
If qualified/trained, assist with barista duties to enhance service offerings.
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of experience in a Front of House role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Barista skills are high regarded but not essential as training is provided.
Availability to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday to Sunday with varied start times from 3:30pm onwards.
Must be reliable, punctual and committed to delivering exceptional service.
A valid police clearance is required.
