The Role:
This Senior Beauty Advisor position plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience as part of our management team.
* As a key member, you will embody Sephora's DNA by showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
* You will drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
* You will utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed. You will be passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the brand.
Our ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
