We are seeking an HR Coordinator with responsibility for delivering various aspects of the HR function, including leading and supporting Caregiver Recruitment, probation management, absence management, employee relations, compliance, Caregiver training, retention initiatives, and ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Conduct second-round face-to-face interviews with candidates, onboard new recruits, and assign them to initial shifts within the optimal timeframe.
* Employee Relations: Manage points of contact for employee queries and employee relations issues, offboard employees, monitor and manage sickness and other unplanned absences, maintain employee relations including staff benefits, events, staff morale, and retention.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee files, ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, and monitor staff compliance with established guidelines.
