The Role
We're seeking an
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
to join our Perth team, delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of client sites.
This is a mobile role, with a company-supplied vehicle, where you'll carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure client facilities remain safe, reliable, and well-presented.

What You'll Be Doing
Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in equipment
Conduct maintenance on chillers, split systems, ventilation and filtration systems
Inspect and maintain fridges, freezers, chilled water systems, and BMS
Provide accurate documentation and updates in BGIS systems
Work closely with Facilities Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, legislation, and BGIS procedures
Your Education, Experience & Skills
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick – mandatory)
Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable)
Construction White Card (mandatory)
Current driver's licence (mandatory)
Solid technical, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
