Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our bottle shop team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Maintain stock levels and store presentation
Check ID and ensure responsible service of alcohol
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit for lifting and stocking duties
Must be 18+ and hold (or be willing to obtain) RSA certification
