You'll support clients across our IT Managed Services, Cloud Telephony, and Audio‑Visual & Video Conferencing environments — including specialised support for medical clients under Databox Health.

What you'll be doing
* Providing Level 1–2 technical support to a diverse client base
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, telephony and AV/VC issues
* Assisting with setups, onboarding, installations and service delivery
* Creating accurate ticket notes and providing clear summaries of work performed
* Managing service desk tickets and escalations efficiently
* Collaborating with senior technicians on complex issues
* Supporting medical sector clients with reliable, compliant solutions
* Contributing to process improvements and elevating service quality
What we're looking for
Bring your solid technical foundation, positive attitude and eagerness to learn — we'll support you to grow.
* Experience in an IT support or MSP environment (L1–L2)
* Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and networking basics
* Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, endpoints and security tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
* Able to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Highly regarded experience (stand-out skills)
Candidates with any of the following will be viewed very favourably:
* ConnectWise (Manage/Automate)
* Veeam backup & replication
* VMware virtualisation
* Microsoft Hyper‑V
* Coding or scripting experience (any language)
* PowerShell scripting and automation
* Process automation experience
* Microsoft certifications or other IT certifications (AZ‑900, MD‑102, CCNA, CompTIA etc.)
