Our client is a well-established wholesale distributor of FMCG products established 35+ years ago. They service customers across Australia within the route, independent, petrol/convenience, chemist, and discount channels.
**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Field Sales Representative with strong business development mindset to join the team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and covering the Brisbane metro area, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and growing market share in the territory.
You will be coached and mentored by an experienced Sales Manager.
- Delivering on sales targets with strong focus on new business development
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Coverage of customers with the required frequency
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years sales experience
- Experience managing sales in a dedicated territory or area
- On the job learning - no specific product experience required
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
- High learning agility and being able to think quick on your feet
- Excellent time management
- Intermediate IT skills
- A valid QLD drivers' licence
