Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Partner, Critical Minerals Account Director. This is a senior-level role that requires a strong understanding of the critical minerals industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve sales growth within the commodity group of the Mining & Metals Sector. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
In addition to this, the candidate will be expected to identify new and emerging Critical Mineral Clients and develop account plans to achieve annual sales budgets and growth targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability or related field.
* 15+ years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially with the energy and/or infrastructure sectors.
* Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.
* Track record of high-performance business delivery, team management and commercial impact.
* Strategic thinker able to execute and operationalize ideas.
