We're based in Moorabbin Melbourne, and our magic extends to all major Australian exhibition centers.
What is the role?
This role is your ticket to being part of our growth journey! You'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients' stands are delivered/built to perfection, with flawless setup and installation. As a small, tight-knit team, you'll enjoy plenty of autonomy and report directly to our production manager.
What will help you succeed in the role?
- A Trade Qualification - You've got skills as a cabinet maker, joiner, carpenter, shop fitter, or something similar.
- Industry Experience - You've thrived in the fast-paced, dynamic world of exhibitions and/or events.
- Customer Focused - You're a customer care superstar, making sure our clients are thrilled and jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Attention to Detail - You've got an eagle eye for detail and can translate job elements into meaningful, useful information that boosts service delivery.
- Self-Motivated - You're a go-getter, thinking on your feet and juggling tasks like a pro when priorities shift.
- People and Work Management - You complete assigned work with ease and ensure tasks are done within set timeframes.
- Adaptable - You're a flexible, solution-focused problem solver who adapts quickly to different situations.
- Organised - You plan meticulously, ensuring all stand elements, tools, supplies, and services are ready to go.
- Problem Solver - You tackle issues head-on, coming up with the best practical solutions.
- Enjoy Travelling - You're ready to hit the road, with plenty of notice to plan accordingly.
