Job Description:
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness, developing business leads, preparing monthly lists of accounts to target, and planning site inspections or entertainment meetings with qualified potential or new accounts.
The role also involves reviewing account profiles monthly, focusing on room night production and average rate, monitoring competitors' rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge.
In addition, the Sales Manager will manage accounts under their responsibility, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts, and update management on VIP arrivals and coordinate meet and greet activities.
