About the Role
This role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic frameworks to promote psychological safety, reduce psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of wellbeing across our diverse workforce.
* Design and deliver mental health and wellbeing strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance.
* Analyse organisational data to identify psychosocial hazards and recommend improvements.
* Provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments.
* Lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs.
* Manage external wellbeing service providers and ensure quality outcomes.
* Champion a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role.
* Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills.
* A current Driver's Licence.
