Responsibilities:
* Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance goals
* Manage debt collection agency obligations and support regular audits
* Liaise with debt collection agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance outcomes
* Design and implement assurance and control frameworks
* Conduct reviews and testing of controls, recommending enhancements
* Assist in developing risk strategies and maintaining risk registers
* Guide internal teams on risk management practices and system administration
* Align assurance activities with organisational goals and support audits
* Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulators
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of issues
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance, preferably in the debt collection industry
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
* Strong time management and process documentation skills
* Ability to analyse data, assess risk, and provide sound recommendations
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
