Job Title: Neighbourhood Administration Officer
This role involves supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood.
* First point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries efficiently.
* Roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in rostering/scheduling, and strong time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and coordinating teams within each neighbourhood.
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
* Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries.
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood.
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested.
* Efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
* Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies and arranging maintenance/repair of office equipment.
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
* Using mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
* Assisting senior staff with special projects as required.
