National Transport Company requires a trade qualified Sheet metal Fabricator / Welder for our Laverton North depot.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the professional repairs and refurbishment of our modern fleet of Kenworth prime movers and tanker fleet. You will be part of a team of professionals that ensure we meet maintenance standards in this fast‐paced role that will provide plenty of variety in your day.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience with TIG welding and polishing stainless steel
* Experience with pipework, Perge welding
* Experience with MIG welding Stainless and Mild Steel
* Flexible team player
* Self motivated
* Understanding of OHS values
* Confined Space and forklift licence advantageous or willingness to be trained

* Full‐time position and immediate start available
* Above award hourly rate plus tool allowance
* Shift loading for afternoon shift and night shift
* Overtime available when required
* Work on a modern fleet in a clean and maintained workshop
* Be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team
