What You'll Do:
Provide inspirational, short-term leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams in various communities, fostering our values-driven culture. Ensure the continuity of daily operations, upholding our high standards of care quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Build strong, trusting relationships quickly with residents, families, and staff to maintain community morale and engagement. Support operational excellence and stability through effective handovers and collaborative leadership. What You'll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in a service-driven environment (health, hospitality, retail, community sectors, or defence forces). A natural ability to adapt, engage, and inspire diverse teams, creating stability and positive culture from day one. Resilience, flexibility, and a solutions-focused mindset to navigate different community environments. Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands-on leadership style that builds trust quickly. A strong desire to build a meaningful career in the aged care sector and a passion for making a difference.
