Lead Workshop Coordinator
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless workshop operations. Your duties will include coordinating all moving parts across the workshop – technicians, parts, contractors, and job workflows – to maintain a smooth and safe working environment.
* Supervise repairs and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met.
* Drive productivity by effectively managing WIP, planning, and invoicing processes.
* Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards are upheld.
Required Qualifications:
* Plant Technician with excellent communication and coordination skills.
* A keen eye for safety and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop.
* Experience with construction or mining machinery, preferably Komatsu products.
* Knowledge of job scheduling, WIP, and cost control is an asset.
